Our Third Space provides ideas, inspiration, resources, personalized recommendations, and experiences designed to help people make more room for the things that make life feel meaningful, interesting, creative, connected, and their own.
Our content is intended for general informational, educational, and inspirational purposes.

Personalized Guides
Personalized guides are created using information voluntarily provided by the customer.
Recommendations are intended as suggestions and inspiration, not requirements.
Customers are responsible for deciding whether an activity, location, experience, exercise, class, trip, product, or recommendation is appropriate for them.
Information about third-party businesses, prices, hours, availability, weather, events, travel conditions, accessibility, and other practical details can change. Customers should verify important details directly before making plans or purchases.
Personalized Third Space Guide — What's Included
The Personalized Third Space Guide is a customized digital product created using the information provided in the customer's intake questionnaire.
Each guide includes:
12 personalized experience recommendations
Planning suggestions and ideas for making each experience your own
A personalized Third Space Map featuring recommended physical locations, when applicable
A bonus Daily Third Space Page
30 days of email support following delivery, subject to the terms below
Recommendations may include local destinations, at-home experiences, and smaller activities that can fit into everyday life.
The guide is delivered digitally as a PDF.
Delivery & Customer Information
Personalized Third Space Guides are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after receipt of a completed intake questionnaire.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently detailed information to allow their guide to be created.
If additional information or clarification is needed, Our Third Space may contact the customer before completing the guide. In such cases, the delivery timeframe may be adjusted, and the customer will be notified.
Delivery is made electronically using the contact information provided by the customer.
Satisfaction, Refunds & Cancellations
Because each Personalized Third Space Guide is created specifically for an individual customer, purchases are generally nonrefundable once work on the guide has begun.
Customers who wish to cancel before work has started should contact Our Third Space as soon as possible to request a cancellation and refund.
We want customers to feel that their guide reflects the information and preferences they shared.
If a customer has concerns about their completed guide, including recommendations that do not appear to reflect their intake responses, they should contact Our Third Space within 30 calendar days of receiving the guide.
During this period, we welcome the opportunity to discuss concerns, clarify recommendations, and work together toward a reasonable solution.
Reasonable adjustments may be offered when appropriate. However, the purchase does not include unlimited revisions, a complete redesign, or replacement of all 12 experiences.
Requests for voluntary satisfaction-related adjustments must be submitted within the 30-day period. After that period, additional revisions or adjustments are not included.
Refunds are not automatically provided because a customer chooses not to participate in recommended experiences or experiences a change in personal preferences or circumstances.
If a guide is not delivered as promised, is materially different from the product description, or has another significant issue, customers may contact us to request an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.
30-Day Email Support
Each Personalized Third Space Guide includes 30 calendar days of email support, beginning on the date the completed guide is delivered.
During this period, customers may contact Our Third Space with questions about their recommendations, planning considerations, or ways to adapt suggested experiences.
Support includes:
Up to five email exchanges
Responses generally provided within two business days
Clarification and reasonable guidance related to the delivered guide
An email exchange consists of one customer inquiry and one response from Our Third Space.
Email support does not include unlimited revisions, ongoing personal planning services, or creation of an entirely new guide.
Unused email exchanges expire at the end of the 30-day support period.
Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, safety, transportation, travel arrangements, purchases, reservations, physical activity, and participation in any experience suggested by Our Third Space.
Use your own judgment and consider your individual circumstances before participating in any activity.
Our Third Space does not supervise activities recommended in its guides or other content.
Participation in activities, particularly those involving physical exertion, travel, outdoor environments, animals, or specialized equipment, may involve risks.
Customers should follow applicable safety instructions and consult qualified professionals or activity providers when appropriate.
Third-Party Businesses and Recommendations
Our Third Space may recommend or link to restaurants, shops, classes, accommodations, travel experiences, events, products, wellness providers, creative studios, or other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Our Third Space does not own or control these third parties and is not responsible for their services, availability, policies, actions, products, safety standards, pricing, or representations.
A recommendation does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of every aspect of a third-party business.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the policies and requirements of any third-party provider before booking or purchasing.
Affiliate Relationships
Some links may be affiliate links.
Our Third Space may receive compensation or commission when you purchase something through certain links.
Where required, affiliate relationships will be disclosed.
Purchases and Digital Products
Prices for paid offerings will be displayed before purchase.
Digital products and personalized services may have different fulfillment timelines, support periods, and delivery methods, which will be explained on the applicable sales page or during checkout.
Refund and cancellation policies for products other than the Personalized Third Space Guide will be provided with the applicable offering.
Gift Purchases
Personalized Third Space Guides may be purchased as gifts.
Gift recipients must complete the required intake questionnaire before their personalized guide can be created.
The standard delivery timeframe begins after the completed intake questionnaire is received, not when the gift is originally purchased.
Gift card purchases and redemptions may also be subject to the terms provided at checkout and applicable law.
Workshops, Events, Memberships and Retreats
If Our Third Space offers workshops, memberships, events, classes, retreats, or other live experiences, additional terms, cancellation rules, releases, or participation agreements may apply.
Those terms will be provided when applicable.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, graphics, guides, worksheets, photographs, branding, logos, downloads, and other original materials—belong to Our Third Space LLC or are used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing or accessing an Our Third Space product does not transfer ownership of that content.
Materials are provided for your personal use only unless written permission is provided otherwise.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit protected Our Third Space materials without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
User Submissions
If you send Our Third Space a testimonial, photograph, story, recommendation, comment, or other content, we will not use it publicly as promotional material without appropriate permission where required.
Website Availability
We may update, change, remove, pause, or discontinue portions of the website or our offerings at any time.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes to offerings will not remove rights associated with purchases already made.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Third Space LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your use of—or inability to use—the website, recommendations, products, services, or third-party experiences.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Our Third Space grows and its offerings change.
The date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights or obligations associated with purchases already made.
